You will liaise with internal departments for achieving customer quality expectation. RF PCBYou will chair in-house process R&Simprovement meeting on customer complaint. You will prepare the inspection summary and statistical performance report for reviewing the product / hand dryerprocess quality performance. You will manage customer RMA return boards process and 8D process. USB connectorYou will handle customer machining centercomplaint, electronic assembly and system integration quality. You will also be responsible for customer visit, audit, presentation and qualification.
